The Workforce Supervisor will be responsible to oversee day to day activities related to Workforce operations in order to accomplish the business and their team's objectives. Our Supervisors and their teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable.
Supervise Workforce Representatives in their daily job functions to ensure inventory is strictly managed and all turnaround times are met and within defined goal
Meet and exceed department metrics and provides coaching to their team members
Maintain & effectively manage inventory to meet required metric goals
Act as back - up support for other Supervisors as needed for meetings and other departmental responsibilities
Advise management in long - range planning for resource needs
Ensure all standards set by the company are adhered to
Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1 years of previous Supervisory or Team Lead experience
1 years of Microsoft Sharepoint experience and must be able to checkout, upload documents, as well as create lists and have strong navigation skills
Experience with translating and developing of reports
Experience with Microsoft Access (creating databases)
Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (ability to create, edit and save documents, spreadsheets and presentations in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint) and strong mouse and keyboarding skills
Ability to work an 8 hour shift, Monday
Associate's Degree (or higher)
2 years of enrollment and / or eligibility experience
Workforce management position experience
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills; i.e. / coaching and developing
Demonstrate ability for strong oral and written communication skills
Must have the ability to handle multiple issues and prioritize appropriately while working swiftly & efficiently without compromising turn around metrics
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage metric goals based on business and customer need as well as respond appropriately and effectively in difficult situations
