Pay Range: $79,100 - $119,646 USD Annually

Purpose of Job:
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by identifying and supporting innovative Workforce Development strategies that improve the performance of the team and organization as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with senior leadership to identify, develop, implement, and monitor Workforce Development strategies that improve organizational performance and align with key priorities and emerging needs.
Collects, analyzes, and presents data with attention toward uplifting key insights, benchmarking progress on goals and priorities, identifying areas of opportunity, and informing day-to-day and high-level decisions.
Manages and/or administers employee experience monitoring mechanisms, including the annual employee experience survey, exit surveys, pulse surveys, and department reports, and collaborates with other teams to acquire and integrate data pertaining to the employee experience.
Generates reports and delivers presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, as requested.
Oversees the structuring and implementation of systems, including the HRIS, to ensure they are up-to-date, effective, user-friendly, compliant, and are being leveraged to the greatest extent possible.
Acts as the primary point person among Workforce sub-departments to manage multi-team projects and change initiatives, seeing them successfully through from inception to implementation.
Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Mission and Core Values.
Qualifications:
Three years' experience in data acquisition and analytics required. Three years' cross-departmental project management experience required. Three years' experience with HRIS or similar software required. One year of organization-wide change management experience required. Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare, preferred. Survey administration and action planning leadership preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills required. Excellent relationship skills and ability to work proactively and collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization required. Intermediate Excel skills required. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required.
Physical Demands:
Must talk, hear, and sit more than two-thirds of the day. Using hands occurs over two-thirds of the day, while reaching with arms occurs less than one-third of the day. Communicating is also required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
