Job Title: Work Force Program Manager

Essential Function
Responsible for implementing workforce management strategies that enable Sally Beauty stores to consistently deliver the Sally Beauty Experience to every customer. Aid in the development and management of store staffing guidelines, staffing and salary forecasting, and salary expense planning and control. Act as system administrator for WFM systems.
Primary Duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 plus year experience in staffing and planning management
Configuration, implementation, and ongoing execution of Reflexis WFM Application desired
Proficient in excel, word and power point
