The Workforce Products Survey Analyst will workindependently to support and conduct complex market and commercial activitiesfor assigned industry compensation surveys, including marketing, participation,market data peer review, and client meeting preparation. They will develop industry knowledge tosupport market data analysis and product management, develop and maintainstrong client relationships, and support the business in identifying new salesand tracking revenue.

  • Market Data Analysis

  • Understands compensation data and applies analytical judgment in preparing results, and identifying potential trends.

  • Provides input for the preparation of assigned project work plans and timelines; executes to established standards and processes; Conducts peer review of client deliverables.

  • Leads the market review of compensation survey products; Works closely with Mercer's data analysis teams to ensure reporting is robust.

  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members in different locations and from different cultures.

  • Product Management

  • Gains industry knowledge to contribute to data insights for industry deliverables.

  • Provides feedback to help gain perspectives on how to enhance/improve current products.

  • Peer reviews marketing and participation materials (questionnaire, job matching booklet) and data and reports (editorial and content review; reasonableness).

  • Peer reviews and signs-off of Excel and PDF reports.

  • Prepares more content-driven webcast decks (such as job matching and results webcasts), including developing speaker notes.

  • Client Management

  • Primary lead for smaller surveys and secondary lead for larger surveys. They will participate in client meetings, and develop and present survey results to clients (live and webcast meetings).

  • Solicits input necessary to meet complex client and industry needs.

  • Assists with and/or attends individual and group client meetings.

  • Assists clients with use of survey results.

  • Maintains good client relationships (develops relationships via phone/in-person to support their needs, provides excellent client service and will be a partner in all their commercial needs).

  • Prospects for opportunities (custom surveys/adding participants in current surveys).

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, business or related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation, human resources, or statistical analysis.

  • Strong analytic and communications skills (verbal and written), problem solving skills, and a team player in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Recruits, interviews, and conducts Orientation for all Workforce Education programs. Promotes the development of personal traits, social skills and work ethics necessary for optimal student success in the workplace; consuls students in the development of job search skills and critical work preparedness attributes including basic skills and soft skills. 2. Develops comprehensive, strategic marketing and recruitment plan for targeted colleges\universities and student population; integrates hospital collaboration with participating departments\units, external partners, participates in college career fairs, multi-campus resources days and events for student recruitment. 3. Develops relationships with a network of corporate and community partnerships; effectively communicates the hospitals position as a leader in workforce educational programs, career pathways models, the expectations and responsibilities of employer\corporate partner. 4. Works with the Manager to create and implement other special strategic Workforce Education programs for underserved learners. 5. Track and monitor all Workforce Education program expenses 6. Create and implement evaluation tools to gauge and ensure the impact of Workforce Education programs 7. Work with Manager to develop program processes, communications and resource development. 8. Work with Manager to develop, coordinate and promote community engagement events and meetings. 9. Develops and execute all communication for schools, and partners\funders. 10. Assisting in grant writing and reporting. 11. Other job functions as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or 5-7 years of community outreach.Minimum of 2 years of project assistant experience required.Strong document and database management and word processing skills.Ability to communicate clearly with policymaker and lay audiences about data and research.Abilty to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends when needed, in order to meet the needs of community partners,Knowledge of community development issues, and experience working in diverse communities including multiple generations(seniors, youth, working adults), as well as across ethnic and racial communities.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills required.Strong working knowledge and skills in Microsoft computer software applications and database technologies.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Organizational skills: Experience independently planning and managing projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sense of urgency. Flexibility.
