Assist with labor forecasting and planning
Ensure all personnel requisitions are being filed and filled
Assist with the placement of the workforce, understand gaps, and take actions to ensure operational stability (including labor pool)
Advise managers and directors of developments and current labor needs as well as improvements to implement
Provide guidance, coordination, and follow-up necessary to the administration of labor planning
Coordinate distribution of temporary employee hiring pool for assigned areas
Coordinate movement of planning of hourly employees with Area Managers
Maintain records pertinent to labor flow to ensure operations are fully staffed
Initial basic set-up / managing Kronos, Digi-Pass, people are in the correct departments
Help coordinate training planning for area
Continue to grow knowledge of best practices for workforce planning/labor distribution
Perform other projects as assigned by leadership
