Overview
As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce strategy - responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, developing forecasts, driving process improvements, and providing insights that support effective decision-making and resource allocation. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset/skills, the ability to translate data into actionable insights and present to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, previous HR experience, and familiarity with HRIS.
What You Can Expect From This Role
Conduct analysis of historical and current workforce data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, opportunities, and key insights.
Partner with our Data and Analytics department to develop necessary data sets, metrics, and models to support short-term and long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with HR, finance, Clinical Learning and Student Services, and other relevant departments to gather data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate workforce metrics, trends, and KPIs to leadership.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing workforce efficiency, productivity, and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in workforce planning procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of workforce policies and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 6 years relevant experience (workforce planning, analytics, or related field)
