Workforce Manager - Jeffersonville, Indiana
We are seeking a strong Workforce Manager with the ability to gain buy-in and lead a team. This is a great opportunity to work for an enterprise company based in Jeffersonville, Indiana. You will have 3 direct reports in this role and manage the strategic operations of this contact center within the US.
We are seeking a manager that can build strong relationships with internal customers (other Managers and Directors) and deliver long-term forecasting and capacity planning. You will be responsible for weekly, monthly and as needed analytics for the contact center and overall operations. You must have experience with Workforce Management Tools (NICE highly preferred).
This role is located in Jeffersonville, IN and is a great option for people in the Louisville, KY area as well. You will work regular business hours Monday-Friday with some flexibility of when you start and finish your day. 3+ years of experience in a contact / call center
Experience forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning
1+ years of Leadership in a Workforce Management environment
Experience with eWFM tools (NICE highly preferred)
Experience running advanced utilization data analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work with various Managers, Directors and teams
