Systems Integration, Inc., headquartered in Landover, MD, will open a call center in Albuquerque, NM to support TSA. We will go live mid-November however onboarding and training will begin in September and October. Qualified applicants will be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance and must be US Citizens.
The Workforce Manager is responsible for creating and implementing weekly schedules for the project while making appropriate decisions and staffing level changes based on business needs. The individual selected for this position will work with a dynamic quality control team and will engage in the implementation of time management best practices.
The Workforce Manager:
Perform all the activities needed to maintain high productivity in employees.
Ensures staff optimization, sets goals and objectives, maintains employee records
Ensure ethical and equity issues are identified and managed in the scheduling process
Ensure scheduling practice is developed in line with legislative requirements and local law protecting the company and employee interest
Facilitates effective communication among staff.
Updates and maintains employment contracts, attendance reports, personnel data and benefit packages.
Other job related duties as requested
Must have one year experience with data analysis
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Possesses excellent communication skills.
