We are currently seeking a driven professional with demonstrated expertise in delivering and maintaining Time and Attendance systems to join our corporate team as a Workforce Management Senior Systems Analyst. This valued team member serves as the technology solution owner for Xanterra's Workforce Management capabilities; including Time and Attendance and Labor Management. The position collaborates with the Director of Administrative Systems, corporate and property-based IT team members, Xanterra's management team, and the user community to provide overall support for the centralized business information systems served out of the Xanterra corporate data center. The position is involved with the current solution's planning, design, training, on-going support, and innovation; as well as helping support related applications, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Administrative Systems over the next 24+ months to support organizational transformation and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary services for the installation, support, training, development and administration of the Workforce Management solution that provides functionality needed to support the company's time management needs.

  • Provides primary services for the installation, support, initial training and administration of the company's selected maintenance management systems working with both corporate and property-level resources to provide all technical support needed for these systems.

  • Assists with the support of the Infor EAM (Asset Management) system working with the Director of Administrative Systems on any assigned tasks related to this system.

  • Assists with the support of the Infor Cloud Suite ERP system working with the Director of Administrative Systems on any assigned tasks related to this system.

  • Works in conjunction with the Director of Administrative Systems to formulate implementation plans and schedules that meet the requirements of business units, property level organizations, and the corporate management team.

  • Works in conjunction with the Director of Administrative Systems to formulate technology and related standards to be followed by all business units and assist in verifying that all standards are being followed.

  • Creates and maintains needed system and user documentation for systems installed, supported, trained and administered by the Xanterra Information Technology team.

  • Prepares and executes organized classroom training as well assisting with the on-the-job training for property and corporate employees.

  • Serves as a liaison and project management counterpart while working with application software vendors used by the organization and identified as core business partners and software providers. While working with the application software vendors, this individual is responsible for functionality analysis, specification and software design and documentation on needs/requirements requested in future releases of the product.

  • Creates and maintains needed system and user documentation for systems installed, supported, trained and administered by the Xanterra Information Technology team.

  • Serves as the Senior Systems Analyst on the Administrative Systems Team, provide mentorship to the other Systems Analyst and serve as the leader of the team in the absence of the Director of Administrative Systems.

  • Provide support and assistance to the Xanterra Incident Response Team as needed and requested.

  • Serves in an on-call capacity for after-hours/non-business hours support if assigned

  • OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • May need to assist in hardware maintenance on other application servers, arrays, SAN, and other equipment.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related IT experience.

  • 5+ years' experience in any Time and Attendance system; and at least 2 years of either Kronos or Infor WFM experience.

  • 4+ years of experience participating on project teams.

  • Experience in the design and development of integrations using either Kronos WIM or Infor ION.

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Ability to participate on a cross-functional implementation team to complete a long-term full Workforce Management Kronos upgrade and expansion; or possible migration to Infor WFM

  • Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and must have the ability to work successfully on a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Functional experience with Workforce Management (Time and Attendance, Labor Scheduling, etc) systems; specifically, Kronos and/ or Infor WFM

  • Experience with any of the following applications: Infor CloudSuite/Lawson, Infor EAM, Kronos, or Birst Business Intelligence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, or related field. Significant work experience can substitute for formal education.

  • Background in Back Office IT systems.

  • Project Management (PMP) certification.

  • Business Analyst certification.

  • Experience with Kronos WIM development tool.

  • Experience with Infor WFM ION development tool.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 plus incentive.
