Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience in grant management/data reporting.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data management tools and systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

Desired Qualifications Position Purpose

The Workforce Expansion Grant Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the effective management and implementation of workforce expansion grants. This position entails rigorous data collection, analysis, and reporting duties, as well as post-graduation oversight, including employment verification and management. The ideal candidate will ensure that grant objectives align with organizational goals and that compliance with funding requirements is maintained throughout the grant lifecycle.

Job Duties

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement data collection strategies that ensure accurate and comprehensive data is captured for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Regularly review data collection processes and systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with the grant's requirements.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to stakeholders and funding agencies, showcasing progress against grant objectives and outcomes.

Post-Graduation Oversight:

  • Monitor the employment status of graduates, verifying employment and ensuring alignment with grant-related commitments.
  • Manage relationships with employers to facilitate the placement and retention of graduates in positions relevant to their training.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system to monitor graduates' career progression and impact assessment.

Grant Administration:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operation and compliance with all grant provisions.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could impact the successful execution of the grant.
  • Manage the grant budget, ensuring that funds are properly allocated and spent in accordance with grant guidelines.
