HKP, the workforce management affiliate of Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., is seeking a workforce application specialist to join the payroll team. The workforce application specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the HR/Benefit aspect of the workforce application. This position will also assist in supporting various software products used internally for managing and processing client payroll.
Application implementation, troubleshooting and technical support
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
Training, assisting and advising clients in the utilization of payroll software
Managing miscellaneous projects as assigned
The ideal candidate:
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
This role requires:
Associate degree or a minimum of one year related experience
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of database concepts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
