Workers' Compensation Paralegal

Job Description Job Description GMA is a dynamic, law firm specializing in workers' compensation and plaintiffs' personal injury, with offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach. As our Workers’ Compensation Team continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented, responsible, and motivated individual to join us as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal at our Richmond office.

We’re seeking a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and writing skills , be well-organized, and love managing multiple tasks with precision and enthusiasm. What you’ll need to succeed:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and writing abilities The ability to type 50 words per minute Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing 1 year of experience as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal Education: A BS or BA degree is preferred, but relevant experience is equally valued Bonus Skills: Spanish-speaking is a plus Use your bilingual abilities to make a meaningful impact on client communication.
