Workers Compensation Paralegal

Job Description Job Description Becker, Kellogg & Berry is looking for a full time, Bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal for our workers’ compensation law department in Springfield, VA. Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year previous experience working in a law firm, a medical office, or in the insurance and/or medical claims field.

Responsibilities include communicating with medical providers regarding patient accounts, interacting and meeting with clients, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Experience with a case management software program, and computer skills are PREFERRED. This position REQUIRES the successful candidate to be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Hours are Mon-Fri.
