Workers Compensation Hearing Representative

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Workers' Compensation cases, with specific expertise in handling clients from Professional Sports and Public Safety backgrounds.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of case management experience, including hearing representative experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Conduct thorough case reviews and develop comprehensive case management plans.

Represent clients in hearings and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other staff members to coordinate care and services for clients. Maintain accurate and detailed case notes and documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of case management experience in workers' compensation.

Public Safety experience preferred Proven hearing representative experience. Extensive experience working with public safety clientele (e.g., law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in relevant case management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
