Responsibilities: Must have and maintain a FL adjusters license (620 Florida All lines Adjusting License) Determine coverage, compensability and potential for subrogation recovery on assigned claims Ability to investigate claims with supervision Timely initiate 24,48,and 72 hour contacts with appropriate parties Be responsible for setting appropriate reserves Document and execute action plans to bring claims to closure Have knowledge of jurisdictional requirements to ensure timely transfers to lost time adjuster Meet continuing education requirements for each assigned state jurisdiction Act in accordance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service experience Effective negotiation skills Ability to effectively and independently manage workload while exhibiting good judgment.
