Job Description Job Description Job Title: Workers Compensation Claims Administrator Position Overview:

This position offers the opportunity for a Claims Administrator to manage a caseload of approximately 120-130 medical-only and lost time claims, NH jurisdiction only. With dedicated clerical support, the Claims Administrator can focus on investigation, analysis, and the application of workers' compensation statutes. The role involves close collaboration with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure claims are adjudicated efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities: Manage claims caseload while exercising discretion and independent judgment. Determine validity and compensability, establish and maintain reserves, provide benefits, negotiate settlements, and control medical and legal costs within delegated authority and in compliance with relevant laws. Proactively manage claims to resolution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim documentation, including accident investigations, diaries, and medical/legal documents. Assist in selecting, referring, and supervising designated claim files sent to outside vendors. Identify cases for second injury fund and pursue claims based on state statutes.

Pursue third-party claims, file liens, and manage resolution and recovery. Prepare cases for litigation and represent clients at NH Department of Labor hearings. Conduct case reviews and present to insured/agents telephonically or in-person.

Act as a liaison among insureds, claimants, providers, and attorneys in claims resolution. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: A.S.

Degree or 3-5 years of prior claims experience. NH Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional customer service orientation. Warm and positive attitude. Proficiency in computer skills, including Google products such as Drive, Calendar, Documents, etc.
