Brea, CA (Mostly remote - candidate needs to come into Brea office 2x/month) Base Salary: $130k - $210k We are partnering with a leading law firm renowned for its expertise in defending businesses and insurance carriers in Workers’ Compensation cases. The firm is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney who is fully committed to successfully litigating claims before the Superior Courts of California, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the Rehabilitation Unit, and the Appellate Courts. Responsibilities : Expert Representation:

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Case Management: Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases from inception to conclusion.

Legal Research: Conduct detailed legal research and draft legal documents, opinions, and briefs. Client Communication:

Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the legal process. Skills: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in California Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
