Workday Techno Functional Analyst

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring, customizing, and governing Workday functionality to align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong hands-on experience in various Workday technologies, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Cloud Connect, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Security Configuration and Business Process setup.
• Leverage Workday Extend experience, including Orchestration and PMD scripting.
• Provide support for day-to-day user requests, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and offer potential solutions.
• Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and integrations are functioning as expected.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with Workday, specializing in configuration, roll-out, and integration within various modules.
• Proficiency in Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, PRISM, Talent Optimization, Recruiting, and Time Tracking modules.
• Ability to independently own and drive impactful projects to completion, recognizing and pursuing opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
• Proven decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes within Workday.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
