The Workday Support Analyst develops and maintains the organization's enterprise platform. This position assists in identifying new HR needs and the configuration to fulfill these needs and makes alterations to existing configuration to gather and report data as necessary.
The position partners with HR team to identify opportunities to use the system tools to support business and HR operational needs.
Plan the development and maintenance of Workday to support short- and long-range Human Resources priorities. Develop and maintain Workday with other business systems and external vendors.
Make alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. Maintain system training materials and provide needed training to HR and employees.
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or other quantitative field . Required: 3 - 5 years of direct HRIS experience. Must have experience using Workday. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
