Workday Recruiting Specialist
Our client is through phase 2 of their implementation. They are currently live with CORE HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Performance Management, and Compensation. Our client is in their stabilization phase. They are in current need of a Workday Recruiting Expert to come in and help with the optimization of Workday Recruiting. They want this person to be able to help with the harmonization and have strong knowledge in how the system should work with Workday Talent and Performance Management.
In this role, you will be providing hands on functional support to help keep up with the high-volume changes required to optimize The Global Recruiting Process. You will be stabilizing the existing configuration and providing solutions. To do so, you must have a very strong understanding of the Global Recruiting Process and help the Recruiting teams across many regions understanding their process and how to better get quality data.
This consultant will be working very closely with the Recruiting team to find out exactly what they want to get out of Workday and help establish best practices. This consultant will be helping out the harmonization.
Our client is experiencing a high volume of recruiting changes that you will be supporting. This is a senior level position where you will be brought on to help stabilize and help rearchitect the Global Recruiting Process.
