Job Description:
The HRIS function is a critical component of Cambria's HR team. The Workday HRIS Analyst will be responsible for working closely with subject matter experts to develop, maintain and enhance our HR systems. This role supports the configuration, troubleshooting, security, maintenance and enhancement of Workday, including creating reports and integrations, and helping to execute on Cambria's HR technology roadmap.
This position will be an active participant in driving process improvements to ensure employees, managers and HR are provided the best experience when utilizing Cambria's HR technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of Workday functionality and interface with internal customers to ensure solution continuity.
Build and maintain functional configuration, including business process administration, condition rules, calculated fields, security and custom reports.
Partner with HR to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and update integrations with third party vendors and other internal systems
Continuously interact with Workday Community and local user groups and participate in the assessment of impact of available Workday features
Create and maintain reports for all HR areas and perform data analysis and audits (Excel vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) to maintain data integrity
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution
Assist with efforts to define, build, and maintain analytics and metrics related to HR functions
Document and maintain HRIS procedures, user documentation and system updates
Design, configure, test, implement and maintain Workday HR enhancements
Conduct formal and informal training sessions regarding HRIS features and functionality
Maintain quality, consistency and integrity of HRIS System
Play a key role in the implementation, rollout and ongoing opportunities of Prism Data Analytics

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers of all organization levels.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or Technology
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years Workday experience with HCM, Integrations, Reporting/Analytics and Security
Systems: Workday, MS Excel, Dormakaba (preferred), ADP SmartCompliance (preferred)
Additional Requirements:
Travel Requirements: Travel to Minnesota as needed for training required
Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring computer and telephone use.
