JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize and digitise HR, we are looking for enthusiastic professionals to help us expand our capabilities specifically towards creating a consumer grade people experience, that integrates three core dimensions: engagement, culture and performance.

In line with our overall strategy in which social, mobile, analytics and cloud (SMAC) technologies are leveraged to make HR more efficient, you'll be working alongside the Global Head of HRIS and be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Workday releases; requiring effective collaboration with key internal stakeholders

  • Leading and support upgrades, enhancements, testing and validation of systems

  • Acting as a functional subject matter expert on newly introduced features/products

  • Recommend and implement new or improved systems or processes to help support business growth/goals

  • Identifying strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements

  • Guides and documents commercial processes and client/functional requirements

  • Educating the HR team and COE specialists on new functionality

  • Partnering with change management teams to plan and execute proposals and prioritize enhancements as per the technology roadmap

  • Supporting the wider HRIS team, maintaining and troubleshooting downstream integrations

  • Participating in Workday Regional User Groups and other Workday collaboration events

  • Maintaining data integrity by proactively conducting audits and analysing transactions

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' Workday experience (from either a implementation, optimisation, or post deployment standpoint), and certified in Core HCM (partner or client)
