The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Work you'll do

  • Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday

  • Lead workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in Workday HCM space (primarily in Compensation/Advanced Compensation)

  • Lead Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs, M&A.

  • Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimizations

  • Serve as Subject Master Expert for other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your area(s) of expertise

  • Lead AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams

  • Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management

  • Provide solutions on the fly and demonstrate the ability to think strategically

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation configuration/integrations

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment

  • Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation Certification(s)

  • Minimum of 4 years demonstrated mastery of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

  • Minimum of 4 years Consulting experience or managing client Workday HCM system

  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
