Workday Benefits Admin (ServiceNow HR Portal Experience)
Our client is currently live with Workday CORE HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent/Performance. Our client has 20, 000 employees and they are in current need of a Benefits Admin to help pulling data from Workday into ServiceNow. This consultant should have experience with Towers Watson for Benefits and ServiceNow HR Portal Experience.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Benefits Admin with strong analytical skills with solid and strong Excel background using vlookups, macros, formulas, etc. Our client is looking for this consultant to have a strong background in Benefits Administration (all areas) and Service Now. This consultant will be responsible for assisting in auditing and reviewing employee data to ensure integrity test, validate and sign off.
