Workday Advanced Compensation SME
Our Client is currently live with the Workday HCM Suite. They have more than 20, 000 employees globally and are in the computer technology space.
Our client is live with the Workday HCM Suite and are looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation SME to optimize their Compensation module. They run their bonus plan twice per year and will be running it through Workday for the first time.
This consultant should be experienced with Bonus, Merit, and Stock, specifically in STI and LTI (building cycles).
This consultant will possess strong change management skills, as they will be working in an environment that does not have a lot of Workday Compensation experience.
Workday Advanced Compensation 2-3 Years
Experience configuring multiple incentive plans
Experience with design, testing, reporting in Advanced Compensation
Ability to mentor full time team on Configuration
Change Management experience within Workday Compensation
