Position Description & Details
Summary of Position/Responsibilities:
Looking for an on-campus job that fits into your busy schedule? Do you enjoy talking to and helping people? The Financial Aid Office at BSC could be the office for you! Assist in routine office inquiries from employees, students, and parents. Responsible for clerical functions including front desk coverage, answering phones, scanning, filing, organizing, and other reasonable, related duties as assigned. Maintains strict adherence to records, privacy, FERPA regulations and confidentiality. Assist with special events.
DUTIES:
Greet BSC guests, employees, and direct FA staff and other departments.
Answer phones, direct calls to FA staff and others.
Assist in answering financial aid (FAFSA) questions.
Scanning, filing, and organizing.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be a BSC student.
