Job Summary

We seek an efficient, courteous work study assistant with excellent customer service skills. The assistant will assist students, answer daily inquiries, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Front Counter duties include processing payments, answering questions, accepting departmental receipts, making changes, and taking requests for student schedule bills.

• During slow periods- scanning documents, shredding paperwork, filing, stuffing, and mailing letters.

• Assisting the Bursar's Office staff with projects when available

• Assisting the Bursar's Office staff with incoming phone calls, campus events
