Job Purpose and Impact

The Work Force Management Development Configuration Lead will analyze business or process problems and provide solutions involving internal technology applications. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective to meet user requirements. You will act as a liaison between the business and the process design and technology team to ensure implementations occur within the defined scope and budget.

This role offers a remote work opportunity within United States or Canada.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as a systems and technology expert to ensure the processes and systems support the business.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, peers and leadership to ensure solutions are implemented successfully using best practices and recommend how to improve current practices across the business.

• Support the business' future processes and apply processing concepts.

• Ensure application enhancements or changes to existing architecture are supported with robust test cases, subsequent testing and ensure end to end transaction scenarios are executed, confirming no disconnects between the functional groups and process activities.

• Participate in process development, communication, training and implementation, provide technical expertise for application support, troubleshoot and identify complex risks and present and escalate identified issues to appropriate stakeholders.

• Recognize risks, design controls and segregation of duties conflicts to mitigate and eliminate risks.

• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of four years of related work experience

• WFC experience

• Ability to travel up to 25% for business globally

• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States or Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience working with integration or implementations of Cloud based systems

• UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Certification

• Experience with a WFC to Dimensions migration

• SQL and WFC WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)

• Experience collaborating with regional and global project teams

• Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Attendance, Accruals, Extensions etc.)
