Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Work Execution Manager to work in our Maintenance department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report directly to the MFC Maintenance Manager.

The Work Execution Manager will foster and embed a culture of leadership excellence and effectiveness across the Maintenance Department and at MFC.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and develop direct reports by providing challenging and stretching assignments.

  • Constructs compelling development plans and collaborates with direct reports to execute them.

  • Prepare and administer the MFC Maintenance budget in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.

  • Direct actions to ensure safe, secure, and environmentally compliant maintenance and to maintain Facility availability.

  • Hold staff accountable for performance.

  • Conduct assessments as directed by Maintenance Manager.

  • Deliver Performance Reviews.

  • Stop work on any facility equipment, activity, or operation when continued operations are deemed unsafe or result in an environmental concern.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters-s Degree with five (5) years of relevant experience, or

  • Bachelor-s Degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience, or

  • Associate-s Degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, or

  • High School Diploma with twenty (20) years of relevant experience is required

  • Relevant experience includes Management in at least one of the following:

  • Maintenance

  • Leadership Development

  • Organizational Leadership

  • Construction

  • Human Resources

  • Nuclear Research

  • INL Maintenance Manager within one year of job start date.

  • HPI Practitioner within one year of job start date. Lead Assessor within one year of job start date.

  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Job Information:

  • The target pay range for this position is : ($137,205 - $203,855). The full pay range is $103,032 - $262,740. At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

  • You are required to show a demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.

  • TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
