Develop and oversee the Preventive Maintenance program for WRPS, including reviewing and ensuring completeness and compliance of all newly developed and changed PM documents. Develop primarily PM work packages (using WRPS Work Control Processes and Work Management Systems) as well as some Level 1 packages for SSC that have no existing approved working documents. Assist in data base administration of the overall Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Acquire/review drawings and Engineering Change Notices.
Identify material/generates bill of material.
Obtain Work Package approvals.
Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for scheduling.
Process work package changes.
Provide schedule status to work management team.
Perform Planner Post Reviews of work package and provide feedback.
BA/BS Degree; and
Eight (8) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Knowledge of SmartPlant and EAM.
Experience in database management.
