Schedule is Mon-Fri 6a-2:30p


  • Provide a continuum of comprehensive, coordinated interventions to pregnant and post-partum women impacted by substance use

  • Conduct substance abuse/mental health co-occurring screenings (in-home or agency)

  • Provide intensive case management, supportive counseling, and community referrals

  • Part of a multi-disciplinary team that is engaged in integrated healthcare activities

  • Position includes transporting clients to social service and medical appointments, as needed, in an agency vehicle


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Valid Florida driver's license required

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must pass a DOT physical exam and have the ability to operate a vehicle

Responsibilities We are seeking seasoned HR professionals with plant manufacturing experience. We have 4 locations available: Haleyville AL, Walkerton IN, Yulee FL and Lawrenceville GA. Relocation Assistance Available. These positions have great growth opportunity and repsonsible for planning, development, implementation, administration, of most or all of the following human resource functions: employee selection and placement, training, benefits, wage and salary administration, equal employment opportunity, unemployment and disability insurance, labor relations (where applicable), employee records and maintenance, and health and safety services programs. Advises plant management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction. * Work with the EHS Manager to manage all work related or non-work related leave of absence cases, claims, and the coordination of the RTW process when necessary * Manage and administer the attendance management program * Work closely with Payroll & Benefits to ensure compliance with all payroll and benefits related issues * Ensure all governmental and regulatory requirements are met by maintaining accurate records, submit all reports in a timely manner and insisting that all employees follow the required legal guidelines without deviation * Drive the Masonite performance management and leadership training processes throughout the facilities Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred * 3 to 5 experience in Human Resources Management in a manufacturing environment We Offer: * Relocation Assistance * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and performance. * Company funded HSA. * 100% Company paid life insurance and short/long term disability insurance. * 401(k) benefit with 5% Company match. * 3 weeks of vacation, 8 holidays and 2 floating holidays * College tuition reimbursement * Ongoing career training and development.
