SKILL REQUIREMENTS This position requires knowledge and successful experience in implementing researched-based, multi-tiered student support systems and intervention strategies at both the district and campus levels. Incumbent must be experienced in developing and providing professional development and coaching to teachers, administrators, and other campus staff. This position requires the understanding of the principles inherent in the process of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), including positive behavioral support systems, response to intervention programming, attendance, small group dynamics, and analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
