Responsibilities

  • Analyze the needs of the business and end users

  • Support ERP system, including query/SQL report writing

  • Develop, implement, and support complex information systems

  • Design and build effective and high-performing operational data collecting and reporting solutions in accordance with business priorities and best practices.

  • Designs reports and includes tools that help others understand data, such as dashboards, charts, and graphs.

  • Identifies potential or actual discrepancies in data reporting systems, and works to solve inaccuracies and/or reconcile data.

  • Manipulates and reports data; interprets meaning of data and provides accurate analysis to implement required reports and dashboards;

  • Maintains working knowledge of assigned systems through formal training and self-guided instruction.

  • Works with management team to build ad hoc and custom reports.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Provide analysis, business insights, and recommendations

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Certification in SQL /DBA /Data Mining preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in writing complex SQL statements for reporting and system issue troubleshooting preferably with Oracle and SQL Server

  • Experience in Oracle ERP systems

  • Advanced in Excel and Data mining skills

  • A minimum of 2+ years of technical experience, with at least 1+ years of experience with Order Management, Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Management, Financial or Middleware systems.

  • Experience supporting an ERP package preferably in a Logistics/Manufacturing environment
