Support Ally Bank in the handling and disposition of all complex Wires cases. Serves as the primary individual and contact point for Wire, interacting with customers, internal partners and external partners. Ensures Ally Bank complies with all regulatory requirements.
Interact with the Customer Contact Center, Ally Bank customers, as well as non-customers
Assist with research needed to resolve customer issues
Maintain and distribute daily/monthly metrics and/or management reports as assigned
Handle escalated or rush customer requests as assigned
Assist Supervisor with quality reviews of key processes, procedures documentation and procedure testing
Participate with input & suggestions on improvements to process within the team to management
Keep management informed of any workflow issues and/or potential modifications to procedures or workflow that are received from the contact center, deposit operations' service teams, customers, etc.
Comply with all department & company policies and procedures
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with team and all internal departments
Perform other incidentals and related duties as required and assigned
Knowledge of Ally Bank's products and services, preferred
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services
Outstanding customer service & communications skills required
Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills and Microsoft Office required
Ability to multi-task and effectively process diverse workloads concurrently required
