The Wireless Solutions Support is responsible for supporting the configuration activities for Cass' managed mobility, telecom expense management, and mobile device management service offerings. The individual in this position supports functions in the areas of vendor reporting, asset management and profile exceptions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Configuration support for wireless and wired line business.
Customer device catalog support role working closely with customer to create catalog specific to policy and requirements.
End user/client administration interface support for wireless and wired line services.
Submit vendor reporting requests for monthly wireless reporting and for audit and optimization needs.
Wireless report manipulation and loading.
Support the administration of asset management and client profiles per order activity.
Work with Cass systems to support end user profile linking and exceptions.
Wireless circuit reporting for disconnected circuits.
Provide periodic reporting on order management status and milestones.
Profile/asset management exceptions.
Wireless savings confirmations for audit and optimization recommendations.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Strong, well-developed interpersonal skills in order to deliver exceptional customer service and develop a solid working relationship with clients.
A strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, at all levels.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of mobility experience or equivalent knowledge of the mobility standards, practices, and industry preferred.
Possess a technical level of processing-related knowledge normally acquired by working in a telecom environment or industry.
