Job Description:

ISG is seeking a Wireless Sales Manager to join our team. The Wireless Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the day to day activity of Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders selling wireless products for some of the nation's top wireless brands. The Wireless Sales Manager must have a minimum of five years' experience managing a team of wireless selling employees in either a retail or call center capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating new ideas and/or issues as they arise

• Creating performance improvement plans for agents who are not meeting departmental performance goals

• Fostering a positive environment for agents through continual development and support• Monitoring progress and development of team leads and sales agents against performance standards

• Following any additional directives as issued by the Executive team
