Job Description What you will do: Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations . Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting the sales and training standard for top performance in your market. Lead recruitment efforts and executes strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations. Embody the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination for both Premium, the client, in-store management and associates.
