We are looking for a highly motivated Wireless Project Manager DC, DC that can operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a micro-cap publicly-traded company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and contract compliance on client deliverables.

  • Reviews all major deliverables (i.e., Service Level Agreement [SLA], Key Performance Indicator [KPI], reports) to meet quality standards and client expectations.

  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with efficiently, including informing Management and the Director of Client Services of any problems that may arise.

  • Has ownership responsibilities for the client's database; ensuring accuracy and running and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to the client as requested.

  • Works closely with the internal functional groups to maintain a continuous knowledge of client contract to identify potential issues or opportunities within or related to the contract.

  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are reviewed, completed, and all quality standards are met.

  • Being aware of opportunities for account growth and new business; reporting information to Director of Client Services and management.

  • Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to all internal functional groups within WidePoint.

  • Provides regular and ongoing two-way communication between the client and team, providing strong team representation, and setting proper client expectations based on contract deliverables.

  • Understanding WidePoint capabilities and service offerings and effectively communicating all offerings to the client.

  • Reports to the Director of Client Services, providing regular input on all account activity, including weekly status.

  • Holds a weekly meeting with the account team (Project Manager, Auditor, Director of Client Services, and Account Team).

  • Holds a weekly meeting with the on-site and account team (Auditors, Help Desk, and Management).

  • Tracking weekly tasks reporting them to the Director of Client Services weekly.

  • Develops and executes the project plans supporting client requirements.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

The minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, including Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, is required.

  • At least two (2) years of related experience are required. Prior wireline or wireless telecommunication, accounting, and budgeting experience is a plus.

  • Professional demeanor as this is a customer-facing position.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Occasional travel to WidePoint locations and client locations.

  • U.S. Citizen Capable of Obtaining a Secret Security Clearance.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

  • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
