Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Products within MAX and supporting the greater Electromagnetic and Space Group with signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyberspace (SI/EW/Cyber) technical acumen, the Wireless Analysis Trainer is responsible for (1) development and sustainment of SI/EW/Cyber training courses within MAX, (2) planning, executing, and instructing courses in both classroom and field environments, and (3) advising DOD clients on the integration and employment of EMCG products in exercises and test events. The wireless analysis trainer is responsible for providing advanced instruction on the processing, analysis, and graphical display of data generated from wireless communication technologies.
The candidate should have experience developing and maintaining course curriculum and training programs. The individual will also be tasked to support the processing, analysis, and dissemination of data generated by customers.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs.
Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.

Required Education, Experience and Certificates
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of operational military experience conducting wireless survey operations and/or analysis of this data
Certificates and Licenses:
Computer Skills: cellular, 802.11, 802.15, DMR, LAN networking, IOT, and general RF theory
Preferred Education, Experience and Certificates
Experience: Experience providing support to special operations forces is a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Employee must be a US citizen.
Employee must be able to hold and maintain a Secret (or higher) Clearance Level.
Employee must have and maintain a U.S. Passport.
