About The Role
Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Wire/ACH Operator I for our Service Center in Pleasant Grove.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process daily incoming/outgoing wire transfers (Domestic and Foreign).
Performs various levels of data verifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assists or complete daily required reconciliations.
Responsible for developing an understanding of ACH/NACHA operating rules and Regulation E.
Maintain an ongoing awareness of functionality within the Wire/ACH systems.
Work closely with Online Banking and Treasury Management in coordination efforts to assist customers with Online Banking Wires and ACH customers.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frame(s). It is the individual learner responsibility to ensure that they understand the information given to them in each training. If the learner does not understand the information given they need to reach out to their supervisor for further clarification or additional training.
Other duties related to wires/ACH as assigned.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
One to three years of similar or related experience
A high school education or GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
Must be team oriented and have the ability to work with other personnel collaboratively

Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
