Winooski Middle/High School - Theater Arts Educator-Fy25

Winooski Middle High School seeks a skilled and creative teacher to build our theater arts program in one of the most diverse school districts in Vermont. For middle school students, you will design daily learning that focuses on performing arts, reading, writing, and speaking while integrating other transferable skills through a variety of content.

You will collaborate extensively with colleagues to support all learners. You will also facilitate an advisory for students to build relationships, share information, and have fun! There is also the opportunity to direct high school students in large and small productions.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate cultural humility and strive for equity in education and have a strong vision for how to integrate a theater program into the daily learning of students; a teaching license is required in theater arts and/or ELA or SS.
