Hub Wine Corporation is seeking a full-time Sales Service Specialist in Massachusetts.
Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed

Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy work environment
Previous experience in a retail business setting
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications for Merchandiser:

High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience working in retail, restaurant or merchandising
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
Must be able to squat, sit and stand
Are required to travel to client locations throughout Massachusetts on a daily basis (drivers license required).
