Windsor is looking for a candidate to work within the PFI line for the West Des Moines location that can work a high volume automated paint and stain system.

Knowledge/requirements include:

• Tint Specialist

• Manually mix and match stains to customer specifications

• Ensure quality control over all outgoing products

• Can understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures

• Paint and stain experience from sanding process through finished paint or stain process.

• Experience preferred in application of solvent and water-born finishes

• Familiarity with window and door piece parts is a plus

• Experience with painting inside a manual paint booth

Experience:

• Painting: 3 years (Preferred)
