Roles & Responsibilities
o Provide local and on-shore team lead functions including team meeting lead, customer meetings, working through customer projects and server support issues.
o Review new resumes and interview recruits.
o New team member mentor and guide for all Xerox contr act SOPs.
o Assigning change, incident and service request tickets to team members and helping resolve issues when needed.
o Team escalation point where needed for customer support issues.
o Function as a general customer contact for people needing help and direction.
o All Windows server platforms, up to Windows 2019.
o VMware environments, including VCenter and ESXi.
o Hardware support for Dell MX7000 environments and Cisco UCS.
§ Includes creating cases and collaborating with vendor's engineers on all hardware issues.
§ Includes creating plans for and scheduling deployments of Dell MX7000 and Cisco UCS firmware.
o Functioning as general support contact and engineer for all Windows and VMware environments, regarding architecture, support roles, processes, technical direction.
