Desired Qualifications: BS + 4 years relevant work experience.

Install, investigate and resolve routine and complex matters of significance with computer software and hardware equipment. Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, servers, and applications to meet business needs.

Coordinates hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company policy. Recommends resolution to complex matters of significance and coordinates the implementation of the approved course of action.

Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved.

Oversees the installation of client department-specific applications and systems. Ensures installations are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; determines revisions or updates to installation as needed.

Coordinates testing, upgrades and configuration of system files and services. Ensures changes are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; recommends revisions or changes based upon results.

Prepares for and prescribes approaches to possible downstream implications. Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.

MUST HAVE Skills:

  • Windows 10 installation and troubleshooting Skills.

  • Experience in Patching Pc's connected and stand-alone computers.

  • Experience in troubleshooting computer peripherals printers, projectors and smart boards.

NICE TO HAVE Skills:

  • Active directory experience.

  • Experience using a helpdesk system like Remedy

  • Server 2008 / 2012

Clearance Requirement: Must have Secret

Required Baseline Cert: CSWF DoD 8570 IAT Level II (CCNA Security or CSA+ or GICSP or GSEC or Security+ce or SSCP)

Required Training: Windows 7/10 MCP (Can be obtained on the job)

JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: Works closely with Private Banker(s) to provide excellent customer service to Private Banking customers while contributing to the overall goals and objectives of Private Banking; Assists Private Banker(s) with maintaining customer relationships and portfolios by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides quality customer service while handling transaction requests, inquiries and maintenance on accounts; open new deposit accounts * Builds rapport and become primary customer service contact for clients * Recognizes sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products and services to customers utilizing various sales tools and resources (including but not limited to: household lists and lead generation reports) * Prepares and submits complete loan packages to CCU and SBCU * Updates banker on the status of loan as it moves through the approval process * Reviews loan documentation prepared by another area and schedules loan closings with customers * Assists officer in getting updated financial information and forwarding information to the credit file * Engages attorneys to handle loan closings as necessary; works closely with attorneys and staff ensure loan documentation is correct * Coordinate swith DAC to order apprasials, title commitments, hazard and flood insurance, payoffs as needed, etc. and verify receipt by DAC on a daily basis or as needed * Attends loan closings as needed * Reviews signed loan documents before forwarding to booking * Assist banker with compiling information for certified financial plans and works as a liason between the banker and the planning team. * Pulls monthly reports to assist officer in managing risk with loan and deposit portfolio by closly monitoring overdrafts, deliquiencies, future maturities, and past dues * Pulls monthly exception report to keep exceptions below standards and sends information to proper area to be cleared * Assists officer with other duties as needed * Attend bi-weekly Private Banking Conference calls and other meeting as needed MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: * High school diploma required; College degree preferred or 3-5 years related experience and/or training in banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field * Ability to learn or knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint; Ability to learn or knowledge of Outlook email program * Certificates, Licenses, Registrations * This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment you will be required to either register on NMLS or re-register and move your previous registration.
