Title: Windows Systems Engineer

Job Description

A well know company in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire a Windows Systems Engineer to their team. This candidate will be responsible for providing solutions for any hardware or software issue. They will be to responsible for managing all hardware, software and infrastructure issues so that users are able to complete tasks smoothly and guaranteeing all issues and requests are resolved quickly. The salary that is being offered for this position is around $115,000, depending on experience. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in Windows OS and Office 365 tools and support. Knowledge of active directory, GPOs, SAN/NAS troubleshooting, DHCP and DSN setup and troubleshooting is also required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active Directory

  • Windows OS

  • Office 365 Tools and support

  • Azure experience is a plus

  • SSL certifications and installation

  • Experience with SAN/NAS troubleshooting

  • Proficient in Linux

From problem identification to full resolution, you will own and manage your cases over the phone and Web.
