Experience in troubleshooting the Account Lockout issues.
Experience on Microsoft Powershell Scripting.
Knowledge on Active Directory Sites & Services.
Knowledge on Kerberos Delegation & setting the SPN.
Knowledge on LDAP.
Knowledge on Delegating the Permissions.
Communicating to clients and stakeholder related to aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
Work with other Infosys teams, team members and stakeholders for smooth functioning and successful delivery of the client services
ITIL processes (Incident Management / Request fulfilment / Problem Management)
IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow)
