We have an immediate opening for a Windows Installer at our Everett, WA location.

JOB SUMMARY:

Install wood, vinyl, clad, or metal windows and moulding.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Install wood, vinyl, clad, or metal windows and moulding.

• Unpack product, check product against layout for project, install and adjust product.

• Make sure product meets company standards.

• Fasten parts together with nails, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.

• Maintain high accuracy in measuring distances, cutting, and installing all trim.

• Ensure materials are staged per specifications. Adapt products to fit.

• Back up other installers as needed.

• Carry tools and product and parts onto job site.

• Maintain condition of assigned tools and equipment.

• Maintain truck by keeping clean and organized, and following maintenance requirements.

• Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement; identify and respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers; participate as a team player in all phases of the organization; and is open and responsive to change.

• Personally provide customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times.

• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

• Adhere to the Company's safety standards and enforce safety regulations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Minimum education required-High school diploma or GED.

• Special skills required-Read and use a measuring tape and other basic tools install tools.

• Other-Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
