The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.

The schedule for the Window Covering Sales Specialist is:

• Monday

• Friday 8:00 am

• 5:00 pm

• Some evening and weekend work

• Travel to designated job sites

HPM Building Supply is seeking to hire a Window Covering Sales Specialist to shepherd customers through the process of obtaining a customized window covering design and measure, ensuring an experience that wows. The Window Covering Sales Specialist has an entrepreneur growth mindset, builds leads, creates compelling designs, nurtures excellent customer relationships, and contributes to the profitability of our 100% employee-owned company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license is required

• Minimum of one year of customer-facing experience

• Window covering sales or installation experience sales on the various types of window treatments required

• Basic knowledge of various window treatments and installation needed

Intermediate computer experience including MS Word and Excel

• Basic knowledge of the construction process from start to finish is preferred
