Bug Tech Wildlife Services specializes in managing pest, wildlife, and animal services for residential and commercial properties. Bug Tech is growing and looking for a motivated problem solver who enjoys working hands-on protecting our community.

As a Wildlife Service Technician, you will join a professional team and be trained to solve animal related issues in environmentally conscious ways. If you have an appreciation of wildlife, working outdoors, trapping, hunting, or fishing this job may be a good fit. Essential Duties:

Wildlife trapping and removal Exclusion and preventative services Wildlife damage repair Perform Integrated Pest Management/Pest Control Lead with a safety-first mindset Exhibit excellent customer service skills Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma (or G.E.D) 3 years of manual labor experience preferred, but not required.

Valid driver's license and insurable. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Ability to fit within the company culture and work with a disciplined mindset.

Self-motivated and can work independently. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, managers, clients, and customers. Ability to communicate tactfully and courteously with customers and co-workers. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Ability to take a teamwork approach to the job by cooperating with others, offering to help when needed, and considering larger organization or team goals rather than individual concerns. Includes the ability to build a constructive team spirit where team members are committed to the goals and objectives of the team. Ability to work at higher elevations.

Ability to use a ladder within the manufacturer's required weight capacity. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Ability to work with all types of animals.
